Step into the Italian countryside right here at Elawa Farm. Chef Mickey will lead guests through an Italian flavor journey during this demo cooking class.
Guests will enjoy prosciutto-wrapped melon with aged balsamic drizzle, hand-rolled cavatelli Pomodoro with roasted eggplant, and stuffed bell peppers with ground turkey, herbs, and parmesan. Finish the night with classic tiramisu.
Upon arrival, resident sommelier & mixologist Tim Clark will welcome guests with a seasonal cocktail.
