Enjoy a summer send-off meal with this demo cooking class taught by Mickey Knutson.
Guests will enjoy a cucumber and dill salad with Greek yogurt dressing to start, followed by lemon and herb roasted chicken and sautéed green beans with shallots and toasted almonds. This late summer harvest meal will come to a close with a peach and berry clafoutis.
Upon arrival, resident sommelier & mixologist Tim Clark will welcome guests with a seasonal cocktail.
