Celebrate classic Spanish flavors in this Demo cooking class with Chef Mickey Knutson.
Watch as chef Mickey demonstrates advanced cooking techniques, including emulsifying sauces, building a sofrito base, sugar torching, and more. Guests will enjoy a Spanish tortilla with blistered Shishito peppers and roasted garlic Aioli to start. The main course will be a classic Valencia paella with chicken, chorizo, and farm vegetables. The evening will come to a close with a crema Catalana with fresh September figs.
Upon arrival, resident sommelier & mixologist Tim Clark will welcome guests with a seasonal cocktail.
