Learn how to elevate gluten-free fare in this Demo cooking class with Chef Mickey Knutson.
Watch as chef Mickey demonstrates advanced cooking techniques, including searing scallos, pan roasting delicate fish, blooming gelatin, and more. Guests will enjoy seared diver scallops with charred scallops and beurre blanc to start. The main course will be an herb-marinated halibut with sweet corn and wild mushrooms. The evening will come to a close with a honey lavender panna cotta with almond oat streusel.
Upon arrival, resident sommelier & mixologist Tim Clark will welcome guests with a seasonal cocktail.
