Enjoy early fall harvest flavors with Chef Mickey in this demo cooking class.
Watch as chef Mickey demonstrates advanced cooking techniques, including knife skills, grain hydration, tempering egg custards, and more. Guests will enjoy roasted delicata squash with goat cheese, pomegranate, and pumpkin seeds to start. The main course will be reverse-seared bone-in pork chops with warm apple fennel chutney and creamy polenta (grits). The evening will come to a close with a maple-bourbon Crème Brûlée.
Upon arrival, resident sommelier & mixologist Tim Clark will welcome guests with a seasonal cocktail.
