Go on a journey of all things bread in this one day drop off camp for kids ages 5-11! Experience the difference between quick bread and yeasted dough in a hands-on way, learning to make two different recipes throughout the day.
Campers will learn the science behind different leavening agents, all while practicing different baking techniques (how to measure ingredients properly, what order to add ingredients, kneading dough, and more.)
This class is flavored by Nielsen-Massy Vanillas.
