Join Marisa Lind of Marbear Yoga for a special gratitude themed Mommy & Me Yoga class as a way to pause, reflect, and lovingly move into the holiday season. Yoga poses and mindfulness activities will be followed by a special gratitude themed craft that can be used throughout the holiday season. Families will move, learn, and create together in a welcoming environment.

Please bring a yoga mat for both adult and child.

NOTE: One ticket covers both the child and one accompanying adult. There's no need to purchase a separate ticket for adults.
