Join us for an elevated evening of seasonal dining at Elawa Farm with our November Farm Dinner: Wild Game Night. Set in our historic Hay Barn, this plated dinner invites guests to gather around the table for a thoughtfully crafted menu celebrating wild game, local produce, and the flavors of late fall.
Chef Lee Kuebler will showcase the season through a four-course menu featuring smoked trout, local mushrooms and squash, a decadent wild game and foie gras pithivier, and grilled venison loin. Each course highlights thoughtfully sourced ingredients and classic techniques, creating a memorable evening of food, wine, and community on the farm.
