Before Your Visit: A Few Things to Know Elma is a family-owned restaurant offering modern Turkish-inspired dining in the heart of Penticton. We welcome you to join us for dinner seven nights a week, with weekend brunch service available on Saturdays and Sundays. Reservations are highly recommended, especially during peak hours and weekends. Walk-ins are always welcome based on availability. To help us manage no-shows and ensure smooth service for all our guests, we require a credit card to secure your reservation. Your card will only be charged in the event of a no-show or a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice. Please ensure your contact details are up to date—we may reach out to confirm your reservation or provide important information ahead of your visit. Important Dining Information We offer a 15-minute grace period for reservations. After this time, your table may be released to our waitlist. Please call us if you're running late—we’ll do our best to accommodate you, though this may not be possible during busy service, especially in the summer months. All reservations are booked for a 2 hour dining window. If you require more time for dining, please make us aware and we will do our best to accommodate you. Thank you for understanding, especially during busy summer months. We have very limited window seating downstairs, which is allocated on a first-booked basis. While we do our best to honour requests, we cannot guarantee specific tables. Our 4 window tables on our upper floor are reservable. If you do not see a window reservation available, it has likely been booked in advance. Group Dining All group reservations for more than 8 guests must be booked directly with the restaurant. Please email or call us to inquire about availability. Our Winter Lounge is ideal for private bookings up to 20 guests between October and May. Please inquire about availability.
