Califa Pinot- 14 Dry aged 38 North duck breast, green polenta, baby turnip-carrot ragout, roasted duck reduction, and mostarda

Syrah- Niman Ranch braised lamb roulade, Cannellini bean puree, glazed carrots, lamb reduction, hazelnut salsa verde, chicories
