For three years, we’ve been cooking our way through the wonderfully strange, art-filled world of the In Bocca : a collection of 20 quirky Italian regional cookbooks, originally published in the 1970s and long out of print. Each book explores a different region of Italy through recipes, illustrations, folk art, and the occasional delightfully wonky translation.
We have all 20 books. We’ve cooked from each of them. And after 19 dinners and one very long, 3 year trip around Italy on our plates, it all comes down to Roma in Bocca.
We’re especially excited to welcome the director of Italy In Bocca, who will join us for the evening to mingle with guests, share his deep knowledge of the series, and document the night as part of his next short film about Roma in Bocca.

The fine print: this dinner offers a menu of regionally-specific food and wine that have been paired to create a curated experience for all guests. Dietary restrictions or substitutions are politely declined. No menu substitutions will be offered. The Nostrana menu is not offered.
Tickets sold individually. Seats are assigned and set communally, for the full menu, as-is: this includes food and if applicable, wine. Beverages, including wine pairings, charged separately. Dinner will be held in our private dining room accessible by a flight of 12 stairs.
