Women in the industry have often gone unnoticed and underappreciated for their huge contributions to the culinary world.
March 24th, Ephemera is celebrating their work and achievements with an evening of beautiful dishes, cocktails, wines and art crafted by Colorado Springs women in the industry.
We are proud to welcome Chef's Katie Fisco, Hannah Cupples and Nora Dillon to the limelight to showcase their skills in an 8 course dazzling display of creativity. We will dine on beautiful dishes and explore art by featured painters Lauren Browning and April Robinson. Each getting the stage to discuss their experiences and stories.
Additionally, we will be donating a portion of every ticket to the local TESSA project working to support women in needs of resources leaving DV situations. A spokesperson from TESSA will join us to share about their work.
TESSA is the primary agency dedicated specifically and solely to the issues of domestic violence and sexual assault by providing immediate safety for women and children in crisis. TESSA empowers survivors through programs and support such as advocacy and counseling to create a safer future for all families. (https://www.tessacs.org/)
So many surprises await from specialty goodies to a silent auction featuring some INCREDIBLE prizes.
This is a night not to be missed.
