Our resident cheese expert and owner of Classic Expressions Charcuterie Design, Tammy, will be onsite teaching the wonders of board making. Tammy will teach instruct how to make individual board, medium boards and large party boards.
Guests will make their own individual board while drinking a glass of wine.

Each ticket includes instruction of boards, supplies, and a glass of wine. Here is a list of ingredients that you will work with during the workshop:
Pepper jelly
Pimento cheese

Blueberry goat cheese

Tomato Basil Feta
Rustic Red Cheddar

Salami flowers (which we will also learn how to make)
