Welcome to Harvest at the Goat, a renowned experience that emerges guests in the true culture of the vineyard lifestyle.
An early morning start to the day begins with an instructional conversation with the Vineyard Manager, Jared. He will explain how we hand harvest the grapes. Volunteers will then harvest Cabernet Sauvignon.
After all of the grapes have been removed from the vines, Robin will host guests for a lovely luncheon outside on the Garden Lawn. We will break bread together, laugh, and be immersed in the comradery of harvest.
Be sure to stop by the winery to visit McKenzie, our winemaker. She welcomes our harvest volunteers into the winery to see the destemming, crushing and fermentation process that takes place immediately after harvest. It is truly a once in a lifetime experience!
