Dinner Menu:
1st Course-
Summer Wedge Salad- Baby Gem Lettuce, Tabasco Bacon, Heirloom Tomatoes, Crispy Onion, Cucumber, Radish, Beets, Moody Blue Cheese, Jalapeno Ranch.
2nd Course-
Breck Bloody Shrimp Cocktail- Jumbo Shrimp, Agave Wheat, Avocado, Fresh Horseradish, Chipotle Sour Cream, Fried Pickle.
3rd Course-
Seared Filet- Root Vegetable and Goat Cheese Puree, Sauteed Greens, Grilled Maitake Mushroom Cream Sauce.
4th Course-
Palisade Peach Cobbler, Chai Tea Whipped Cream, Brown Butter Crumble.
