Join us on Saturday, August 17, at Maven Hill Farm, for a culinary experience curated to showcase the best of Acadian flavours.
Here’s a little breakdown of this event and what you can expect to see:
DATE: Saturday, August 17, 2024
TIME: 5-8pm (or later)
LOCATION: Maven Hill Farm (376 rue Centrale, Memramcook, NB)
COST: 125$/ person + applicable taxes
5-6:15pm: Bites & Mingle
Arrival of our guests. Welcome mocktail & small bites from our charcuterie board.
6:15-8pm: Culinary Experience
Gather with 14 guests at the communal table for our multi-course, family-style dining experience. The experience is curated to make you feel at home, and we create a space to encourage gathering & conversations.
8pm+: End of Night Gathering
Feel free to stay a while and have fun! Dance, chat, eat, drink. We’ll be here for a while and encourage our guests to enjoy the evening with the company of others. 🍾
You can also — by all means — leave after dinner is done. But know that in true kitchen party fashion, the door is always open for people to stay, mingle, and gather. 🥂💐
MENU: While the theme for this culinary experience is focused on a modern twist to Acadian flavours, the menu will stay a secret until the arrival of our guests!
This gives us the opportunity to create a menu that reflects the seasonal availability of ingredients the week of the event, and work with fresher and more nutrient-dense products.
NOTE ON ALCOHOL: while we don’t serve alcohol at our dining experiences currently, you are more than welcome to bring your own! Wine, beer, canned cocktails or spirits— all are welcomed!
We’ll offer a non-alcoholic mocktail at your arrival, plus have water and local sparkling apple juice available during dinner.
