Supper Club is where Chef & Pitmaster Rob Sonderman gets to showcase his culinary expertise and offer up a fancy version of Federalist Pig and takes flavor inspo from all over the world. Once a month, he will be presenting a new meticulously crafted menu that goes beyond our regular offerings and puts a smoky spin on gourmet cuisine.
