For one evening only, Chef Viet will collaborate with the Fiamma culinary team to present a six-course tasting menu inspired by the flavors, stories, and techniques that have defined his career. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with exceptional wines, creating an intimate dining experience that celebrates craftsmanship, collaboration, and the joy of gathering around the table.
