This program is dedicated to the king of grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon. Whether it is the big and powerful cabernets of Napa Valley, or the earthy herbaciousness of a classic Bordeaux, this varietal has something important to say in every region it is grown.
The seminar will feature a comparative tasting with expressions from France, USA, Italy, South Africa, Australia & Chile. You will taste the difference in terroir and varietal expression from around the world. Dinner will follow with a series of paired courses including sparkling and rose versions of the grape.
