Join us at Flying Fish Company for a relaxed evening in collaboration with Purple Hands Winery centered around seafood, Oregon wine, and the products we’re most excited about right now in the market.
This event was created as a way to showcase both the wines of Purple Hands and the style of seafood-driven offerings we love sharing at Flying Fish. Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy thoughtfully paired wines alongside seasonal seafood bites inspired by products we regularly bring into the market, from fresh raw seafood and oysters to smoked fish and specialty accompaniments.
Purple Hands is a Dundee-based winery producing elegant, expressive Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with a thoughtful, low-intervention approach that allows both vineyard and vintage to really shine through. Their wines pair incredibly naturally with seafood, and we’re excited to build a menu around that relationship.
Rather than a formal seated wine dinner, this will be a more casual social mixer designed to encourage conversation, exploration, and discovery. The goal is to create an evening that feels approachable, creative, and reflective of both brands — great wine, beautiful seafood, and a chance to experience some of the products and pairings we’re genuinely excited about.
Guests will taste through a curated lineup of Purple Hands wines paired with seasonal bites from the Flying Fish kitchen, with featured wines also available for retail bottle purchase throughout the evening.
