-braised pork, spinach, pomodoro and shaved smoked scamorza
Braised Lamb Shank paired with Barbera
-pearl onion braise with whipped garlic and fennel seed potatoes and tri-colored carrots
Orange and Almond Cake paired with Moscato di Folino
-whipped cream and candied orange peel
