First Course: Traditional Arancini
Bolognese, mozzarella and parmesan arancini with homemade tomato sauce
Second Course: Pasta alla Norma
Tomato pasta, crushed tomato, eggplant, crushed red pepper, ricotta salata
Third Course: Involtini di Pesce Spada (swordfish)
Sautéed chickpeas, zucchini, Sicilian pesto
Fourth Course: Cannoli
Orange ricotta and pistachios
