SUPPER CLUB #18: AN EVENING WITH MASTER PAELLA CHEF PAM FARMER

We’re beyond excited to introduce an exclusive Supper Club collaboration with our dear friend and master Paella Chef, Pam Farmer!
Pam Farmer is a retired Spanish teacher with 40 years of classroom experience and years spent living in Spain, where she developed a deep love for Spanish culture and cuisine. For the past two decades she has been the visiting chef at Gracie’s Restaurant in Providence, sharing authentic tapas, sangria and paella with the community. Her signature Tapas, Sangria & Paella Nights are a highlight of St. Andrew’s School auctions, consistently drawing enthusiastic crowds and raising significant funds for the school.
For Supper Club #18 Chef Eli & Pam Farmer will team up to prepare a mouthwatering 5 course Spanish tapas menu featuring Pam's signature Paella as the main course! A thoughtfully curated beer and wine list will also be available, along with seasonal cocktails, mocktails, espresso drinks, and more.
Seating will be family-style to encourage community, connection, and lively conversation. Chef Eli and I will mingle throughout the evening, sharing stories and breaking bread with you.
Guests will also receive a special parting gift to take home.
