Named by Philadelphia Magazine as the Crown Jewel of Cheesesteaks and by Food & Wine Magazine as one of the best things they ate in 2020, this meat torpedo is the epitome of Philadelphia and may just be the best thing you eat for a very long time.
Along with Ari Miller, we're importing the steak direct from Pennsylvania's Primal Meat Supply. Each Frizwit will be topped with Ari's special cheese sauce, locally sourced veggies, & served on a roll designed by Merzbacher's of Germantown and baked specially for this event by TGM Bread here in Atlanta.
For those looking to enjoy something very unique - Taqueria del Sol chef Eddie Hernandez and Ari have collaborated on a special, limited edition "Green Chile Philly". A first time ever kind of endeavor, this round house of flavor features some first of the season HATCH GREEN CHILES, a New Mexico classic and perhaps the defining flavor of TdS.
Thanks to the support of Georgia's own Creature Comforts & TdS as well, we will be donating all beverage sales to Atlanta-based charity Giving Kitchen, which provides emergency assistance to food service workers

Chef Ari Miller is a critically acclaimed Philadelphia chef. He has been named "Best Chef by Philadelphia Magazine" and his restaurant Musi was named a "Best New Restaurant in America" by EATER in 2019.
