The Second Annual Pine Mountain Dinner
Join us December 4 for an unforgettable evening celebrating the release of the 2023 Pine Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon.
The evening begins with a welcome reception featuring Brut Cuvée and passed appetizers, followed by a seated tasting of library and current vintages of Archimedes and Pine Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon. Hosted by Winemaker Andrea Card and Vineyard Manager Mike Weinstock, the tasting offers a unique opportunity to explore the wines, the vineyards, and the craftsmanship behind each vintage.
Enjoy a thoughtfully prepared three-course dinner inspired by the late-autumn harvest, featuring seasonal vegetables and locally sourced ingredients. Each course is designed to complement the depth, structure, and distinctive character of these exceptional Cabernet Sauvignons.
