Grab an apron and get spooky. In this hands-on class you'll decorate a set of six Halloween sugar cookies — a witch, a vampire, a mummy, a jack-o'-lantern, a bat, and everyone's favorite green monster — and take the whole set home with you.
Everything is supplied. Six freshly baked cookies per person, every color of royal icing you'll need, piping bags, tips, scribe tools, and a box to carry your finished set home. Just bring yourself.
I lead the class step by step from the first outline to the final detail, teaching a variety of decorating techniques along the way — flooding, wet-on-wet, marbling, texture work, and the little tricks that make cookies look bakery-finished. No experience needed. If you've never held a piping bag, you're in exactly the right seat.
The day after class, you'll get a follow-up email with my signature cookie and royal icing recipes, so you can keep decorating at home.
