Become a winemaker for the day! Begin with sampling individual clonal designate wines while learning the fundamentals of blending such as balance, structure and proportion. You will then create your own custom blends to be enjoyed with an antipasto boards for pairing.
*Complimentary experience with a required 6 bottle purchase per person. Custom blends may be purchased and take 7 days for hand bottling. Custom blends CANNOT be shipped. This is a communal experience.
