Behind -the-scene of how wine is made! Begin with a tour of our production space, learning the fundamentals of winemaking. Activities depend on the winemaking season, and could include tasting fruit on the vines, sorting and processing fruit, tasting fresh juice from the press or sampling active ferments. You will then be seated for a short flight of 3 wines and antipasto boards.
*Complimentary experience with a required 3 bottle purchase per person. This is a communal experience.
