Ember & Mist is a firelit autumn GATHER at Ovoka Farm, where five local chefs will each take a turn with the evening in a five-course dinner shaped by the season, including three courses centered on Ovoka Wagyu cooked over open flame. As mist settles into the valley and shadows move across the tent, wine and thoughtful nonalcoholic pairings will follow the menu, live Latin jazz will bring rhythm to the night, and a few signature GATHER surprises will appear along the way. Intentionally limited to just 56 guests, Ember & Mist is an immersive evening of smoke, heat, music, landscape, and exceptional food—the first thing you’ll taste is the fire.
