Giaco’s Valley Roadhouse was established in 2022 by The Giacomini Family and their
Chef and General Manager, Alejandro Cano with the goal of providing guests with a memorable farm to table experience in the heart of West Marin, featuring seasonally-driven menus with locally sourced ingredient.

We have a full bar with craft cocktails, select beers on tap and a well-stocked wine cellar. We are proud to support local farmers by featuring ingredients from our local food shed.
