Gift Card Use
Tock gift cards (the “Gift Cards”) are available for purchase at exploretock.com/gift. Gift Cards are for digital use only, to be used when logged into the platform, which will require registration by the purchaser and recipient, if not already registered with Tock. Gift Cards can only be used when booking an experience with participating Tock Customers in the United States (“Participating Tock Customers”). Your Gift Card balance will be visible when checking out if you are booking with a Participating Tock Customer. Gift Card balances must be applied up to the full cost of a purchase, if available. If the full cost of a purchase exceeds your Gift Card balance, the remaining balance must be paid using a payment method accepted by Tock at the time of redemption. When booking an experience where payment is due, you will see your Gift Card balance applied to your booking by default.
Gift Cards are redeemable through Tock only (i.e., not in-person at a restaurant or other experience). To redeem a Gift Card, you will first have to accept the Gift Card and log into or create a Tock account. A Gift Card cannot be applied once a reservation has already been made. Gift Card balances must be applied up to the full cost of a purchase, if available. If the full cost of a purchase exceeds your Gift Card balance, the remaining balance must be paid using a payment method accepted by Tock at the time of redemption. When booking an experience where payment is due, you will see your Gift Card balance applied to your booking by default.

Returns and Cancellations
Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
If you suspect that someone has stolen your Gift Card, or if you lose access to your Gift Card, contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen without proof of purchase. Gift Cards will only be replaced if the circumstances merit such action, in Tock’s sole discretion. Gift Cards have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly.
Unless, in its sole discretion, Tock deems or permits otherwise, the following limitations will apply: (i) the minimum value that can be associated with any one Gift card is five dollars ($5.00), (ii) the maximum value that can be associated with any one Gift Card is two thousand dollars ($2,000.00), (iii) the maximum value in Gift Cards that can be purchased in any one transaction is two thousand dollars ($2,000), and (iv) the maximum value in Gift Cards that can be purchased in any one twenty-four (24) hour period is ten thousand dollars ($10,000). You may not use a Gift Card to purchase other gift cards. Gift Cards cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. Gift Cards are void if transferred or redeemed for cash, or if you attempt to do so.
Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk of loss of Gift Cards passes to the purchaser as soon as the Gift Card is purchased, and to the recipient as soon as a Gift Card is delivered electronically to the recipient’s email address. Once a Gift Card is redeemed with a Tock Customer, concerns about the purchase should be directed to that Tock Customer. Tock is not responsible for lost, misdirected or stolen Gift Cards, or for unsatisfactory goods or services on the part of a Tock Customer. If you are not ultimately provided the goods or services purchased with the Gift Card, please contact email@example.com and we will do our best to assist.

Gift Cards can be paid for by any payment method accepted by Tock at the time of purchase of the Gift Card, but for the avoidance of doubt, a Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another gift card. Gift Card purchases are subject to Tock’s standard credit card fees. The recipient will have to pay applicable sales tax when the Gift Card is redeemed.
Delivery Information and Requirements for Gift Card Purchasers
Tock is not responsible for Gift Cards that are undeliverable or not received due to failure to enter an accurate email address for the recipient. Please check to make sure the email address of the recipient is correct and contact email@example.com if you suspect the recipient did not receive their Gift Card. Should an email be returned to us due to inaccurate delivery information for the recipient, we will attempt to contact you for a valid recipient email address.
If you wish to add a personal message to a Gift Card, simply type your message in the Message field during the purchase process. Personal messages are limited in length. There is no additional charge to include a personalized message. In the case of inappropriate, offensive or otherwise objectionable messages, we reserve the right to cancel the message and/or the Gift Card. We appreciate your cooperation.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TOCK AND ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF A GIFT CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD IF, IN TOCK’S SOLE DISCRETION, A REPLACEMENT IS DEEMED APPROPRIATE. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES ARISING FROM A BREACH OF WARRANTY. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
