Latkes, Light & Luncheon: A Cooking Class with Stephanie Klassen Rosenbaum
Join us for a seasonal cooking experience celebrating the Festival of Lights that brings together the best of holiday tradition and winter warmth.
In this immersive lunch-and-learn, Stephanie Klassen Rosenbaum will teach you step-by-step how to achieve the perfect crispy, golden potato latke paired with homemade applesauce. She will also share her secrets for crafting a deeply flavorful beet borscht and demonstrate how to elevate simple autumn side dishes—like roasted squash—with our very own award-winning balsamic vinegar.
After learning the techniques, you’ll gather at a cozy communal table to feast on all the dishes prepared. We'll finish the afternoon on a sweet note with a slice of warm, flaky pie crafted by Red Bird Bakery, featuring Gold Ridge Organic Farms heirloom apples.

• A scenic ride in our apple-themed trolley from the Farm Shop to the Apple Cottage
