Forging a distinct path from their neighbors in Provence, Clos Cibonne produces an utterly unique and age-worthy rosé. Their originality has earned them cult status in a region where most wines strive to fit in. Embracing the ancient tibouren varietal and aging under flourette, their wines can stand the test of time and are worthy of food pairings often reserved for the world's best reds. In this dinner we will explore six wines, spanning over a decade of vintages, alongside a five-course dinner from Chef Dan Martello and the Good Luck culinary team.
This event will take place on Thursday, June 18th, in the Private Dining Room in Good Luck (50 Anderson Ave.) at 6pm. Dinner will be served at 6:30pm. Ticket price includes a 5-course dinner with wine pairings, hospitality and tax. We kindly request that you inform us of any dietary restrictions a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
