Join us for a rare and intimate evening with acclaimed author and photographer Kevin Day, founder of Opening a Bottle and one of the most vital voices in wine today.
We’ll taste 10 wines featured in Kevin’s new book, Opening a Bottle: Italy. This beautifully self-published work is a journey through 100 Italian wines to admire, brought to life with Kevin’s own evocative photography. During the tasting, Kevin will share stories from his travels, his writing and image-making process, and the people and wines that shaped this remarkable project. The book’s foreword was written by Anthony Giglio, the long-time wine writer and contributing editor at Food & Wine Magazine.
Kevin’s thoughtful, humble, and story-driven approach to wine has earned him international recognition. And if you don’t already know him, you’ll quickly discover he’s not just a great writer and photographer, but a truly good man. We’re honored to collaborate with Kevin often and proud to spotlight a fellow Colorado-based talent whose global perspective is rooted in genuine warmth and curiosity.
