Housed in a former tomato packing warehouse in the historic Ivy City neighborhood of DC, Gravitas is a tasting menu destination from chef-owner Matt Baker. The menu, which changes with the seasons, draws inspiration from local produce and products, while the industrial-modern space (read: original brick and steel beams) boasts antique, floor-to-ceiling windows, which provides for an airy and whimsical dining experience.
