Join Green City Market as our Sustainable Supper series kicks off on March 31 at Big Delicious Planet. Tickets include a three-course meal, beer from Haymarket Brewing, wine from Candid Wines, cocktails from Misoo Aperitivo, and a tip for service staff.
GCM Executive Director, Mandy Moody, will moderate a discussion between Hayden Holbert, owner of Avrom Farms and a GCM vendor, and Heidi Coudal, the owner of Big Delicious Planet, discussing the topic: “what is local food, really?”
The food served at this event is sourced from Green City Market's local vendors.
Proceeds from this series will go to Green City Market to support local farmers, educate our community, and expand food access around Chicago.
