This hands-on class focuses on the techniques of Swiss meringue, chocolate ganache, and olive oil cake. We're putting your piping skills to the test! You take home your desserts to share with others (or not)!
After the hands-on portion of the class, we all sit down for a family-style dinner comprised of a salad, pasta, and dessert.
We have wine available by the glass for your enjoyment for an additional $9 per glass. Be sure and browse our selection of retail goods!
You will be paired in groups of 4, so be prepared to work together and learn as a team (and perhaps make new friends along the way!).
