*This pairing shows that opposites attract! With an exotic blend of rose water, citrus, ginger and tropical fruits, this traditional dessert with a rich ricotta filling and buttery shell offers a balance of complexity and simplicity of a dish.
Panna Cotta Dark Chocolate and Roasted Hazelnut- Paired with 2013 Cabernet Franc
