Built into the hillside in 2012, the cave naturally maintains ideal aging conditions and house over 2,000 barrels. Just above, our state-of-the-art production facility marks the beginning of where our organically crafted wines come to life. Designed with sustainability in mind, it uses a gravity-flow system and recycled water for irrigation.
