Join us for a relaxed 90 minutes enjoying two of life’s great pleasures: cheese and wine.
This experience features six international cheeses and six international wines, including our own sparkling wine, as well as wines drawn from our Cellar Door and Guided Tasting Flights, spanning red, white, sweet and fortified.
Your friendly guide will take you through each wine and cheese, drawing out specifics on production methods and how these contribute to the final product. Factors such as tannin, sweetness, acidity and body will be considered in finding the perfect pairing.
No prior wine or cheese knowledge is required. This is designed to be an informal event, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions and converse with your fellow guests in what promises to be a convivial atmosphere.
