Firefly Map Specs:
The cooling influence of Monterey Bay fog at Escolle Vineyard in Santa Lucia Highlands provides ideal growing conditions for the Pinot noir and Chardonnay that make up the Firefly Map blend.
Separation of the highest quality juice portion during pressing sets this wine on a path of elegance. Ageing in neutral oak, followed by second fermentation in bottle and a 24-month tirage builds complexity and texture. After disgorging each bottle by hand to ensure crystal clarity, Firefly Map is ready to be enjoyed. Ideally poolside.
