We're back at it again! Come join us for another brewer's night, featuring renown Tojis Miho Imada from Fukucho Brewery in Hiroshima and Tetsuro Igarashi from Tensei (Kumazawa Shuzo) in Kanagawa. Joining them in collaboration will be Sake Samurai Monica Samuel.
Both of these breweries are distinguished for their seaside presence, combining the flavors of sake and the ocean together in one fantastic bévérágé.
To honor that, we're doing a 6 course seafood pairing to go along with each of the 6 glasses of sake that you'll be imbibing! (We'll have some too don't worry)
For this premium tasting, tickets are starting at $85 per person(plus tax and service charge).
Event starts at 5:30pm and will run roughly until 7pm, but you're more than welcome to hang out for a bit after.
