Alden Price is a New York City–based breathwork facilitator, yoga teacher, and Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner. Her work blends breathwork, somatic practices, and energetic principles to support emotional release, nervous system balance, and deeper connection to self. Rooted in the belief that the body holds both our stories and our potential, Alden guides students in clearing stored energy, softening internal resistance, and accessing greater clarity, creativity, and personal power. Her sessions offer a grounded yet expansive space to reset, breathe deeply, and return to one’s inner wisdom.
Class will begin with intention-setting, then move into 30 minutes of heart-opening breathwork to quiet the mind and deepen inner connection. The class closes with a guided visualization to meet your future self and listen for where the heart wants to lead you in the year ahead.
