A welcome cocktail crafted by General Manager and Sommelier Samantha Lyons will be given to kick off the evening while guests mingle with friends and whiskey connoisseurs. Following that, special guest Jeff Timms, Marketing Manager at Uncle Nearest, will be introduced and take the stage to share his Whiskey knowledge. To accompany the three-glass flight of Uncle nearest Whiskey that will be enjoyed throughout the evening, Executive Chef Michael Genre curated three special dishes to complement the whiskey's flavor characteristics.
