An edible garden experience at Haymarket River Road
Join us in the garden for a spring morning rooted in the soil and inspired by the kitchen. Guided by our Garden Manager Joseph and Culinary Director Chef Ryan, this hands-on gathering walks you from planting to plate with ease and confidence.
Each guest will plant their own edible garden to take home, filled with seasonal herbs and vegetables. Along the way, you’ll learn how to care for your plants, when to harvest, and how to bring those fresh flavors into your everyday cooking.
Chef Ryan will share simple recipes, a live demonstration, and a tasting that celebrates the ingredients you’ve just planted.
