PRIVATE EVENT SPACE
Host your next gathering in our unique two-level cellar, featuring a comfortable mix of leather couches, lounge chairs, and high-top tables. The space offers a warm, inviting atmosphere perfect for celebrations, showers, meetings, and private events.
Seated Capacity: Up to 32 guests
Cocktail-Style Capacity: Up to 40 guests
Outdoor Patio: Additional seating for up to 18 guests (seasonal)
RENTAL RATES
$75 per hour
3-hour minimum rental
Your group may arrive one hour prior to your scheduled rental time for light decorating and setup.
A $50 cleaning fee will be added to each rental.
BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your event date and time.
Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the event will receive a refund less a $75 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event are non-refundable, and the full rental payment will be retained.
FOOD
A $250 minimum food purchase is required with all event space rentals.
Catering, charcuterie boards, and graze tables are available through HEADQUARTERS Winery & Mercantile. We would be happy to help customize food options for your event.
OUTSIDE FOOD
Outside desserts such as cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and similar dessert items are welcome.
All other food for your event must be purchased through HEADQUARTERS Winery & Mercantile's catering service unless prior approval has been provided.
BEVERAGES
All wine, beer, liquor, soda, tea, and other beverages must be purchased through HEADQUARTERS Winery. Outside beverages are not permitted.
