Your evening begins with a Christmas Gin & Ginger on arrival, followed by a specially curated multi-course menu featuring hearty winter favourites, from turkey sausage rolls and rosemary & garlic lamb to apple-glazed pork with crispy crackling, duck fat potatoes and all the trimmings. Finish on a sweet note with warm Black Forest doughnuts, or add a half dozen Sydney Rock oysters with gin mignonette to make the evening extra festive.
Throughout the night, our Christmas-inspired cocktails will be flowing, alongside your favourite Four Pillars serves.
