Who’s up for a night of Filipino flavours, good company and seriously delicious food?
Come along to the next event in our distillery dinner series for Chef Gladys’ Filipino Night, where Gladys will be serving up a feast inspired by the bold, comforting flavours of the Philippines.
Tickets are $70 per person and include a set menu packed with Filipino favourites, from crispy pork lumpia and chicken inasal to slow-cooked beef kaldereta, garlic rice and a classic leche flan to finish.
Drinks will be available to purchase throughout the night, and if you’re looking for the perfect cocktail to pair with your feast, we recommend the Hopeless Romantic.
