Join us for Bubbles & Caviar on December 31st, 2023 for the Parlors 2nd Annual Pre-Midnight NYE Gathering!
During your reservation you will indulge in two tastes of American Bowfin Caviar (accouterments provided) paired with a glass of Daniele Piccinin “Epoche” Methodo Classico bubbles. Explore the beauty of Heights House and stay around for a bit as our full Parlor will be available, Specialty NYE cocktails, and DJ Mike Forno will be flipping vinyls records on the turntables.
Caviar: Two servings of American Bowfin Caviar will be served on blinis with crème fraîche.
American Bowfin is native to Southern United States. Caviar from bowfin is distinctive in taste, with a mild tang accompanying its intense earthy taste.
Bubbles: Daniele Piccinin “Epoche” Methodo Classico
100% Durella, Elegant Bubbles and Crisp. Veneto, Italy.
About the Wine Maker:
Daniele is a former chef who makes lively, engaging wine using natural methods. This estate specializes in Durella, a very local white grape.
