Mera Brothers Oysters is a family-run business founded by three brothers who are passionate about harvesting the freshest oysters from the pristine waters of the North Carolina coast. With a commitment to sustainability, they use environmentally conscious mariculture methods to source oysters that are as delicious as they are eco-friendly. As the company continues to grow, they are expanding their reach to new restaurants both in North Carolina and beyond, bringing their high-quality oysters to even more seafood lovers.
Your ticket includes entry to the event & endless bubbles all evening. Feel free to arrive and depart at any time between 6 - 9 PM, with last call for drinks at 8:45 PM.
Anna Kasibhatla, from Piedmont Wine Imports will be joining us to talk about Alla Costiera Prosecco DOC. 100% Glera. Elderflower, Honey, Orange. Veneto, Italy.
Oysters will be available for purchase by Mera Brothers, featuring a variety of local selections including:
-Sage Wave Oysters from Mera Brothers Oysters—bold and earthy with a clean, briny finish.
-Seashores from Seashore Oyster Co.—vegetal with the perfect balance of brine.
-Awh Shucks from Awh Shucks Oyster Co.—buttery with a hint of brine.
In addition to the oysters, indulge in a variety of delicious food offerings from Mera Brothers, including:
-Ecuadorian Shrimp Ceviche—made with red onions, lime juice, NC shrimp, and a savory umami twist.
-Peruvian White Fish Ceviche—a lighter, seasonal ceviche made with fresh white fish.
-Corn Tortillas & AJI—crispy chips and tangy salsa for an added bite.
The Parlor will also offer a selection of wine, beer, signature cocktails, will be available for purchase.
